Service & Support

Technical support is offered by Advantis to customers to assist in the areas of: installation of field equipment, antenna placement, trouble shooting, and other technical issues associated with Advantis equipment.

On-site support is available

Service on Advantis equipment is available. Customers are required to call Advantis and get a Return Authorization Number for tracking purposes. If the Advantis unit is out of warranty (see below), then a charge will be established and the customer will be advised of the charge before any service work is performed.
Advantis warrants to the original user that its equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Should any failure in the above mentioned warranty for material or workmanship appear within one (1) year of delivery, Advantis shall, upon being satisfied that the product has been properly handled, stored, installed, and operated, correct such defects by repair or replacement at its expense. No warranty is made to any equipment which has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Advantis, or to any equipment that has been subject to abuse, misuse, or negligence.
FOB factory Terms – net 30 days from invoice date. Shipping and handling prepaid. Price and specifications are subject to change without notice. All pricing in US dollars.
